Monthly Plans

Data allowance for using tethering & data sharing/refilling service

• Shareable Data: Total amount of data which can be used for Data Gifts/Data Sharing/Smartwatch and Tablet Device Sharing
• Data allowance for using tethering & data sharing is not provided separately and is included in the plan’s data package.(When data allowance listed in the graph below is depleted, mobile data cannot be used)
  When using mobile data, the combined data allowance for tethering & data sharing and the plan’s data allowance will be deducted from the same data package simultaneously
• Refilled data can not be used for data gifting, ‘Data Sharing’, and internet-based video and audio phone calls (m-VoIP).

① T membership VIP benefits

• Provided only when 'VIP membership' has been selected as the '0 teen Plan Large’ benefit option
• Customers subscribing to the plan between the 1st and 15th day, and between the 16th and last day of each month are automatically upgraded to VIP on the 1st day and 16th day of following month respectively (Subscribers must maintain this plan & option without suspending their mobile line until the membership level is upgraded.)

• During this lead time, the T membership VIP option must remain selected, and the mobile plan must not be changed. Upon cancelling the T membership VIP option, the subscriber’s membership level will be downgraded immediately the following month

② Media / Subscription Benefits

Media / Subscription Package

• Provided only when 70% discount for both 'FLO and data' and ‘Wavve and data' was selected as the '0 teen Plan Large' benefit option

• Up to 2 out of 3 options can be chosen
  ① 70% discount on ‘FLO and Data’ (￦7,900)
  ② 70% discount on ‘Wavve and Data’ (￦9,900)
  ③ ￦5,000 discount on ‘T universe pass shopping(11st/Gmarket)/convenience store&cafe’
  (Provided when selecting either ‘FLO and Data’ or ‘Wavve and Data’ as an additional benefit)
• Discount benefits will be applied after completing the subscription/authentication process (Benefits will not be provided if the subscriber does not sign up for the individual products after selecting a benefit)
• In the case of selecting Wavve or FLO as a discount benefit, customers signing up for ‘FLO and Data’ or ‘Wavve and Data (Plus)’ as an add-on service or subscription package can receive up to 70% off both ‘FLO and Data’ and ‘Wavve and Data’, and up to ￦5,000 discount for customers signing up as a ‘T universe pass shopping(11st/Gmarket)’ additional benefit
• When signing up for ‘FLO and Data Plus’ as an add-on service or subscription package, the subscriber may receive a discount equivalent to 70% of the fees for ‘Wavve and Data Plus’ when they subscribe to ‘Wavve and Data Premium’, and a discount equivalent to 70% the fees for ‘FLO and Data’ when they subscribe to ‘FLO and Data Plus’
• ‘Wavve and Data Premium’ is not provided as a ‘T universe pass shopping(11st/Gmarket)/convenience store&cafe’ additional benefit
• The first-month promotion benefit (T universe pass shopping(11st/Gmarket)/convenience store&cafe ￦ 1,000) will be provided to subscribers who sign up for the services for the first time. After the promotional period (1 month) has ended, a 70% discount benefit will be provided instead
• Subscribers cannot sign up for both ‘FLO and Data’ and ‘FLO and Data subscription’, or ‘Wavve and Data’ and ‘Wavve and Data subscription’ at the same time (The subscriber may only sign up for 1 of the 2 options. Discount benefits will be provided for both options.)
• Existing add-on service subscribers may sign up for subscription services after cancelling the existing add-on service
  (e.g.) When trying to choose Wavve as a ‘T universe pass shopping(11st/Gmarket)’ additional benefit while being subscribed to ‘Wavve and Data’ → Cancel ‘Wavve and Data’ before signing up for ‘T universe pass shopping(11st/Gmarket)’ and ‘Wavve and Data subscription’
• You may only receive a discount for either ‘T universe pass shopping(11st/Gmarket)’ or ‘T universe pass convenience store&cafe’
• ‘T universe pass shopping(11st/Gmarket)/convenience store&cafe’ discount benefit: When signing up for ‘T universe pass shopping(11st/Gmarket)/convenience store&cafe’ within 14 days of a new subscription/device change, 100% discount will be provided. After the 14 days, discounts will be calculated based on a pro-rated basis
  • This benefit will not be provided to subscribers who sign up for media/subscription products that are provided separately by FLO or Wavve through their homepage/app

Terms of Use

Unlimited Talktime

• The use of monthly plan may be restricted under the following cases
  • When daily talktime exceeds 600 mins more than 3 times per month
  • When the total monthly talktime exceeds 10,000 mins
  • When used for commercial purposes including tele-marketing/phone dating services etc
  • When usage is restricted, a package talktime usage restriction alert message will be sent to the customer, and talktime charges will be incurred based on actual call time after
  • Video and commercial calls cannot be made after exceeding the commercial call limit

Text : SMS, MMS (Text-type, Multimedia-type)

• The use of mobile services and the monthly plan may be restricted under the following cases
  • When daily texts exceed 200 over 10 times per month
  • When used for commercial purposes including spam messages or automatic sending programs and devices
• When usage is restricted, a package talktime usage restriction alert message will be sent to the customer, and talktime charges will be incurred based on actual call time after
• For subscribers whose profession requires large volumes of text messaging (couriers, call-taxi drivers, credit card delivery personnel, substitute drivers etc.), exceptions can be made through a separate application process.
  • How to apply: Submit a copy of employment certificate and employee card to the SK Telecom customer call center (114) or visit an SK Telecom store. Needs to be renewed every 6 months.
• Other than the above cases, the daily text amount is restricted to 500 texts according to the Anti-Spam Measures by the Korea Communications Commission

Discounts

• ‘Family Plan’ / ‘Family Free’ bundled discount plans can be signed up for (Can be recognized as a Family group line)
• ‘T We-Family’ discounts can be applied (If the total accumulated use period of family members exceeds 20 years, a 10% discount is applied to the monthly fee, and 30% discount for 30 years)
• ‘Flexible Plan Contract Discount’ can be applied
• ‘Premium Customer Discounts’ not available
• ‘Mobile Plan Contract Discounts’ cannot be applied (customers currently under this contract can continue to remain signed up for this discount plan, but will not receive any monthly fee discounts with regards to this contract)
• ‘Long-term Subscriber Discount’ and ‘Rainbow Point’ accumulation services are not available

Others

• Video and commercial calls cannot be made after exceeding the commercial call limit
• Text use is limited according to the Fair Use Policy, and upon violating this policy, the customer will be charged SMS ￦22/text, text-type MMS ￦33/text, and multimedia-type MMS ￦110/text
• Speed restrictions, which will be imposed after the data package is depleted, cannot be lifted
• Fees for talktime will not be deducted from pre-paid & post-paid top-ups
• T Family Bundle will be automatically terminated when a bundle service user changes his/her main line plan to a 0 teen plan.
• Subscribers under the age of 19 (including children) are restricted from sending Data Gifts to other SK Telecom users. Only receiving data is allowed, except under the following circumstances
  * Subscribers under the age of 19 (including children) subscribing to a plan that allows Data Gifting service or a bundled product that provides additional rounds of sending Data Gift to family members, will be allowed to send Data Gifts to bundled lines with their legal guardian’s consent
• Content benefits can be terminated/changed based on the circumstances of SK Telecom and its partners, after providing an announcement to subscribers in advance
• Fair Use Policy is applied to ensure that regular customers are able to utilize data services without any disruptions. Unfair data usage that can cause network overload (CCTV, M2M devices other than personal use) may be blocked.
• In the case of ‘0 teen Plan’, T Teenager Safety/International Call Outgoing Block/International SMS Outgoing Block will be automatically subscribed to (free of charge)
• If the subscriber does not change their plan to another within 1 year upon his/her 19th birthday, the subscribed plan will be automatically converted to the corresponding ‘0 Plan’ the following month after his/her 20th birthday (the plan will be converted a month and a day after the 20th birthday
  (e.g. converted on Sep. 16 when customer’s birthday is Aug. 15)
