5G ZEM Plan

What is 5G ZEM Plan?

• 5G plan for children 12 and under
• Only individuals 12 and under can subscribe to this plan (1 line per person)
• This plan can be exclusively subscribed by users with 5G/LTE smartphones.
  • Note: Only 5G smartphone users can have access to 5G data services.

Data Benefits

• ‘Data Sharing’/tethering limits are included in data packages and not provided separately. When using this service, both ‘Data Sharing’/tethering limits and data packages are deducted simultaneously from the data package.
• Refilled data can not be used for ‘Data Sharing’, and internet-based video and audio phone calls (m-VoIP)
• ‘T Family Data’ service not allowed
• Data traffic incurred from using the ZEM app is provided free of charge

Data limits set by parents (Legal Guardians)

• When this feature is turned on, the child will be restricted from using additional data after the data package is depleted
• The legal guardian may set data limits and view their child’s data usage on the T world app
  (App: My Data/Talktime > My Child’s Real-time Balance, PC: myT > Data/Talktime Management > My Data/Talktime Balance)
• Setting of the data limit is allowed once a day (twice on the day of subscription)

Subscription/Cancellation

Requirements

• Only individuals 12 and under may subscribe to this plan (1 line per person)
• This plan can be exclusively subscribed by users with 5G/LTE smartphones.
  • Note: Only 5G smartphone users can have access to 5G data services.
• Feature phones, special add-on devices, wireless modems, T login, M2M, IoT devices and tablets that do not have talktime feature may not use this plan
• The subscribed plan will be automatically converted to the corresponding ‘0 teen’ plan the following month after the subscriber’s 14th birthday

Terms of Use

Unlimited Talktime (Landline/mobile)

• The use of monthly plan may be restricted under the following cases
  • When daily talktime exceeds 600 mins more than 3 times per month
  • When the total monthly talktime exceeds 10,000 mins
  • When used for commercial purposes including tele-marketing/phone dating services etc
  • Calls made to over 1,000 lines per month will be considered as being used for commercial purposes
  • When usage is restricted, a talktime usage restriction alert message will be sent to the customer, and talktime charges will be incurred based on actual calling time after (When used for commercial purposes, the subscribed plan will be automatically changed to the <Standard Plan>)
  • Video and commercial calls cannot be made after exceeding the commercial call limit

Unlimited Text

• Unlimited SMS, MMS (Text-type, Multimedia-type)
• The use of mobile services and the monthly plan may be restricted under the following cases
  • When the daily texts exceed 200 over 10 times per month
  • When used for commercial purposes including spam messages or automatic sending programs and devices
  • Texts made to over 3,000 lines per month will be considered as being used for commercial purposes
  • When usage is restricted, a talktime usage restriction alert message will be sent to the customer, and talktime charges will be incurred based on actual calling time after (When used for commercial purposes, the subscribed plan will be automatically changed to the <Standard Plan>)

Discounts

• The Flexible Plan Contract Discount is available for sign-up.
  • If subscribers sign up for the Flexible Plan Contract Discount starting Monday, September 1, 2025, the discount amount will change from ￦9,020 to ￦9,000 for 5G ZEM Plan Perfect, and from ￦6,545 to ￦6,500 for 5G ZEM Plan Best.
• Discounts, including Modern Family Discount, Family Plan, Family Discount, Family Free, and Family Complimentary, are available.
• ‘Long-term Subscriber Discount’ and ‘Rainbow Point’ accumulation services not available.

Others

• Content benefits can be terminated/changed based on the circumstances of SK Telecom and its partners, after providing an announcement to subscribers in advance
• Fair Use Policy is applied to ensure that all regular customers may utilize data services without any difficulties. Unfair data usage that can cause network overload (CCTV, M2M devices other than personal use) may be blocked
• When subscribing to ‘5G ZEM Plan’, ‘T Teenager Safety’/’International Outgoing Call Blocking’/’International Outgoing SNS Blocking’ add-on services will be subscribed to automatically (free of charge)
• Video and commercial calls cannot be made after exceeding the commercial call limit
• Text use is limited according to the Fair Use Policy, and upon violating this policy, the customer will be charged SMS ￦22/text, text-type MMS ￦33/text, and multimedia-type MMS ￦110/text
• Speed restrictions, which will be imposed after the data package is depleted, cannot be lifted
• Information usage fees apply when using services that incur charges, such as paid text messages (e.g., text polling)
  • 060 services are not available to subscribers of 5G ZEM Plan Perfect, 5G ZEM Plan Best, and ZEM Plan Best.
• Fees for talktime will not be deducted from pre-paid & post-paid top-ups
• Subscribers under the age of 19 (including children) are restricted from sending Data Gifts to other SK Telecom users. Only receiving data is allowed, except under the following circumstances

• * Subscribers under the age of 19 (including children) subscribing to a plan that allows Data Gifting service or a bundled product that provides additional rounds of sending Data Gift to family members, will be allowed to send Data Gifts to bundled lines with their legal guardian’s consent
