What is LTE ZEM Plan?

• LTE plan for children 12 and under
• Only individuals 12 and under may subscribe to this plan (1 line per person)
• This plan can be subscribed by smartphone users.
• To subscribe, call the customer call center or visit an SK Telecom store

Data Benefits

• ‘Data Sharing’/tethering limits are included in data packages and not provided separately. When using this service, both ‘Data Sharing’/tethering limits and data packages are deducted simultaneously from the data package.
• Refilled data can not be used for ‘Data Sharing’, and internet-based video and audio phone calls (m-VoIP)
• ‘T Family Data’ available (Only receiving allowed)
• Data traffic incurred from using the ZEM app is provided free of charge
• Data used between 01:00AM and 07:00AM will be provided at a 50% discount, meaning only 50% of the actual data usage will be deducted from the data allowance. The 50% discount will only be applied to the plan's data allowance. Data received through data sharing from family members, ‘Data Gifts’ and’ Data Sharing’ will not be applicable.

Data limits set by parents (Legal Guardians)

• When this feature is turned on, the child will be restricted from using additional data after the data package is depleted
• The legal guardian may set data limits and view their child’s data usage on the T world app
  (App: My Data/Talktime > My Child’s Real-time Balance, PC: myT > Data/Talktime Management > My Data/Talktime Balance)
• Setting of the data limit is allowed once a day (twice on the day of subscription)

ZEM Plan Best Subscription/Cancellation

Requirements

• Only individuals 12 and under may subscribe to this plan (1 line per person)
• This plan can be subscribed by smartphone users.
• Feature phones, special add-on devices, wireless modems, T login, M2M, IoT devices and tablets that do not have talktime feature may not use this plan
• The subscribed plan will be automatically converted to the corresponding ‘0 teen’ plan the following month after the subscriber’s 14th birthday

Unlimited Talktime (Landline/mobile)

• The use of monthly plan may be restricted under the following cases
  • When daily talktime exceeds 600 mins more than 3 times per month
  • When the total monthly talktime exceeds 10,000 mins
  • When used for commercial purposes including tele-marketing/phone dating services etc
  • Calls made to over 1,000 lines per month will be considered as being used for commercial purposes
  • When usage is restricted, a talktime usage restriction alert message will be sent to the customer, and talktime charges will be incurred based on actual calling time after (When used for commercial purposes, the subscribed plan will be automatically changed to the <Standard Plan>)

Unlimited Text

• Unlimited SMS, MMS (Text-type, Multimedia-type)
• The use of mobile services and the monthly plan may be restricted under the following cases
  • When the daily texts exceed 200 over 10 times per month
  • When used for commercial purposes including spam messages or automatic sending programs and devices
  • Texts made to over 3,000 lines per month will be considered as being used for commercial purposes
  • When usage is restricted, a talktime usage restriction alert message will be sent to the customer, and talktime charges will be incurred based on actual calling time after (When used for commercial purposes, the subscribed plan will be automatically changed to the <Standard Plan>)

Discounts

• ‘TB We Family/Family Free’ can be applied (recognized as a family group line)
• ‘T We-Family’ discounts can be applied (if the total accumulated use period of family members exceeds 20 years, a 10% discount is applied to the monthly fee. A 30% discount is provided for 30 years)
• ‘Flexible Plan Contract Discount’ can be applied
• ‘Premium Customer Discounts’ not available

Others

• Content benefits can be terminated/changed based on the circumstances of SK Telecom and its partners, after providing an announcement to subscribers in advance
• Fair Use Policy is applied to ensure that all regular customers may utilize data services without any difficulties. Unfair data usage that can cause network overload (CCTV, M2M devices other than personal use) may be blocked
• When subscribing to ‘ZEM Plan Best’, ‘T Teenager Safety’/’International Outgoing Call Blocking’/’International Outgoing SNS Blocking’ add-on services will be subscribed to automatically (free of charge)
• When commercial and video call limits are exceeded, ￦1.98/sec (including landlines, mobile calls and commercial calls using LTE) and ￦3.3/sec will be charged respectively
• Text use is limited according to the Fair Use Policy, and upon violating this policy, the customer will be charged SMS ￦22/text, text-type MMS ￦33/text, and multimedia-type MMS ￦110/text
• Speed restrictions, which will be imposed after the data package is depleted, cannot be lifted
• Internet-based phone calls/texts (060, paid texts including text message voting) will incur data charges
• Fees for talktime will not be deducted from pre-paid & post-paid top-ups
• Subscribers under the age of 19 (including children) are restricted from sending Data Gifts to other SK Telecom users. Only receiving data is allowed, except under the following circumstances

• * Subscribers under the age of 19 (including children) subscribing to a plan that allows Data Gifting service or a bundled product that provides additional rounds of sending Data Gift to family members, will be allowed to send Data Gifts to bundled lines with their legal guardian’s consent

Charges for use after limits

• Talktime ￦1.98/sec, video call ￦3.3/sec (video calls will be charged at 1.66 times the price of regular calls)
• ￦0.011/0.5KB (after topping-up, fees will be deducted within the topped-up amount when using at regular speeds)
• SMS ￦22/text, LMS ￦33/text, MMS ￦110/text (When used for commercial, illegal purposes, benefits could be suspended, and additional charges may be incurred)

Requirements

• This plan can be subscribed by smartphone users.
• This plan will still be available upon exceeding the age limit but will be automatically converted to ‘Ting on Weekends Save’ the following month after his/her 14th birthday. If ‘Ting on Weekends Save’ is not provided by SK Telecom at the time of automatic conversion, the subscriber’s plan will be converted to a similar corresponding plan
• If the receiver uses call forwarding, automatic connection, or call transfer services, unlimited talktime will not be available
• When talktime and data packages are depleted, outgoing calls and data use will be suspended. The suspension will be lifted after topping-up
  → Topping-up available within limits set by legal guardians (max.￦20,000, increase limit in steps of ￦1,000)
  After topping-up, ￦1.98/sec(talktime), ￦3.3/sec(video calls) and ￦0.011/0.5KB(VAT included) are charged respectively
• Data fees will be charged from the topped-up amounts
• Unlimited talktime and free texts with the 2 selected SKT lines cannot be used for illegal or commercial purposes, including spam messages by automatic sending programs and devices. If suspected, benefits could be suspended, and additional charges may be incurred. Refer to ‘Others’ for details
• ‘T Ring Plus’ will be automatically registered
• ‘Long-term Subscriber Discount’ and ‘Rainbow Point’ accumulation not available, and the user may not subscribe to the ‘T with T’ add-on service
• Available discount services: ‘TB We Family Complimentary’/’Family Free’(can be recognized as a Family group line), ‘Flexible Plan Contract Discounts’, ‘T We Family Discounts’
• Unavailable discount service: ‘Premium Customer Discount’
  ※ ‘T We Family’ discount rate changes: ‘Weekend on Ting Save’ use period will be reflected in the total subscription period

Others

• ‘Long-term Subscriber Discount’ and ‘Rainbow Point’ accumulation services are not available
• Unlimited talktime/video calls benefits may be restricted under the following cases
  • When daily talktime amount exceeds 600 mins more than 3 times per month
  • When total monthly talktime amount exceeds 10,000 mins
  • When used for commercial purposes including tele-marketing/phone dating services etc.
• Unlimited texts benefits may be restricted under the following cases
  • When the daily texts exceed 200 over 10 times per month
  • When used for commercial purposes including spam messages or automatic sending programs and devices
    (Lines sending text messages to over 3,000 lines per month will be considered as being used for commercial purposes)
• When usage is restricted, a talktime restriction alert message will be sent to the customer, and after which talktime charges will be incurred based on actual call duration
  (When used for commercial purposes, the subscriber’s plan will be automatically changed to the Standard Plan and charged accordingly)
