T universe benefits are available as mobile plan benefits for customers aged 15 or older who are eligible to subscribe to T universe products.
- T universe plan benefits are not available to corporate customers.
- The T Universe benefits are provided after customers select and subscribe to products that will receive the discount as the mobile plan benefits.
- If T Universe Pass is selected, one product from T Universe Pass Shopping (11st/Gmarket), Convenience store & Cafe, or Oliveyoung & Starbucks & Emart24 that is subscribed to first will be eligible for the discount.
※ The discount will not be provided when YouTube Premium, Disney+, or TVING is selected as the additional benefit of T Universe Pass. - When the Wavve or FLO discount benefit is chosen, subscribing to Wavve and FLO as add-on services or a standalone subscription is necessary to receive a discount.

The use of monthly plan may be restricted under the following cases
- When daily talktime exceeds 600 mins more than 3 times per month
- When total monthly talktime exceeds 10,000 mins
- When used for commercial purposes including tele-marketing/phone dating services etc.
- When usage is restricted, a talktime usage restriction alert message will be sent to the customer, and after which talktime charges will be incurred based on actual call duration

The use of mobile services and monthly plan may be restricted under the following cases
- When the daily texts exceed 200 over 10 times per month
- When used for commercial purposes including spam messages or automatic sending programs and devices
- When usage is restricted, a package talktime usage restriction alert message will be sent to the customer, and talktime charges will be incurred based on actual calling time after

For subscribers whose profession requires large volumes of non-commercial text messaging (delivery personnel, call-taxi drivers, substitute drivers, express couriers etc.), exceptions can be made through a separate application process

Needs to be renewed every 6 months. - Other than the above cases, the daily text amount is restricted to 500 texts according to the Anti-Spam Measures by the Korea Communications Commission

- Once a subscriber’s video call/premium rate call allowance is used up, a voice call will incur a charge of ￦ 1.98/sec (including data usage for voice or premium rate calls), while video calls will be billed at ￦ 3.3/sec.
- When a text message exceeds its character limit, each message may incur charges of SMS ￦ 22/text, text-type MMS ￦ 33/text, and multimedia-type MMS ￦ 110/text in accordance with the Fair Use Policy.
