Call Waiting

If a phone call comes in while you are talking on the phone, you can put the current call on hold temporarily, and answer the new call.

The customer subscribing to the Call Waiting Service → Waiting → Existing call The customer subscribing to the Call Waiting Service → Answer → New Phone call

Please Note

  • The call waiting service is not available during a video call.
  • If you are using the call waiting, conference call, call transfer and call hold service as well, please use the multi-call service.
